Q. Does Dallas Import sell genuine parts? A. Yes. Only high quality and durable parts are sold at our salvage yard. Q. What happens after I submit my Parts Request? A. After submitting your parts request, the system will search our computerized inventory database to locate your requested parts. You can contact us for purchase and pick up or have one of our associates contact you via e-mail with a detail of the part(s) you need, the cost and the shipping options. Q. Does Dallas Import charge for Parts Requests? A. No. This is a free service to our customers. Q. What if I have a problem with the part I received? A. You need to contact us directly, explaining what the problem is. We will attempt to help you resolve the problem over the telephone. If however it was a wrong part, we will exchange it with the correct part as soon possible. Note: All Parts have a "30-day" replacement warranty. Q. How can I cancel a part's request? A. When you submit a request, it is immediately e-mailed directly to our sales manager at Dallas Import. This is a one time e-mail and is not posted anywhere so there is no need to cancel. Q. What if I make a mistake on my parts request? A. If you make a mistake when submitting your request, you must fill out the form again. Do not contact us. Once you have submitted the request it cannot be changed. Q. Why didn't I get any responses to my Parts Request? A. If our salvage yard database does not contain your requested part(s), you would not receive a reply. Our database changes on a daily basis and you may need to return at another time and resubmit your request. Q. How do I sell my my auto parts to you? A. Click on "Top $$ Paid For Cars" at the bottom left corner and fill out the form there Or bring your auto parts to any of our salvage yard if you live within Dallas/Ft. Worth. Q. What forms of payment do you accept? A. We accept cash, all major credit cards, cashiers check, and money order. Personal checks MUST be certified and cleared before parts are given out.
